Cancellation & Refund Policy

for NexGen Digital Services
NexGen Digital Services follows a transparent and straightforward cancellation policy. Here are the terms of the policy:

– All cancellation requests should be directed to our billing department or communicated to your Account Manager. The cancellation will only be considered valid once confirmed by the respective department.
– Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made within 12 hours of placing the order and before the project execution has commenced.
– NexGen Digital Services will not be responsible for any third-party services, such as hosting, web development, or content writing.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our services, NexGen Digital Services does not guarantee refunds upon cancellation. For monthly payments, the next month’s payment is released only after reviewing the current month’s performance. We do not guarantee results based on traffic, rankings, etc., and will not entertain refund claims based on these factors. We provide White Label Digital Marketing and Web Development services across India. If you are unsatisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund according to the policies outlined above.
