Payment

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards. Payment in full is required at the time of ordering our services. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of unpaid balances 30 days from the invoice date via collection agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court if the outstanding balance does not exceed INR 3000. You will be liable for any additional administrative and/or court costs in such circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your plan at any time by sending an email to info@nexgendigitalsservices.com. Cancellations should be sent and received at least 48 hours prior to the recurrent billing date.

Web Master Service and Non-Payment

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently shut down websites of clients who fail to make payments for our Web Master service, provided they are hosting their website with us.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and NexGen Digital Services have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including ongoing services. No refunds will be offered for services deemed to have begun and are underway. In cases where a refund is agreed upon, the refund amount will be subject to a 7% deduction to cover transaction expenses.

Availability

You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of any downloads, programs, and text available on this site for your specific purposes. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited without the express written consent of NexGen Digital Services.
